Tact-1 Security offers our clients, free of charge, supervisory personnel to ensure strict adherence to our general orders and their rules, regulations, and ordinances. Tact-1 Security supervisors are utilized as alias is on between Tact-1 Security and our clients. Supervisors are on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for our client’s convenience and will regularly make spot checks to prevent the issue of complacency. It is our belief that to assure the best quality of service that we stand by, we must keep close relationships with our personnel both on and off duty.
Tact-1 Security we update every security guard regularly regarding our client’s site and expectations for specific site enhancements in the protection we provide.
With Tact-1 Security, all our security guards will be equipped with two-way radios or equivalent to ensure constant communication with our management team.
